Natalie Foskey, Key Choice Commercial Real Estate’s Principal and Designated Broker, started out as a commercial real estate investor. While pursuing education to make herself a better investor, she decided to become a better kind of broker.
Natalie approaches every decision and transaction from the investor perspective. She looks for ways to provide property owners with the best possible return, which includes fostering long-term tenant relationships.
Since purchasing the firm from the founder in 2017 Natalie has expanded her team’s services from a core group of six clients to over 60. Her firm is trusted in the industry with other professionals referring their clients to Key Choice Commercial. She is proud of the long-term relationships she has established with like-minded clients.
Natalie stays informed about industry best practices and trends through active membership in IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management) and CCIM Institute (Certified Commercial Investment Member). She holds certificates relating to Commercial Real Estate, Commercial Real Estate and Investment, and Property Management, and she’s dedicated to earning more through ongoing education.
Natalie is married to Dave, her high school sweetheart. She’s the mother of four adult children and is active in her faith.

Trudy Weed comes to commercial real estate with years of experience working in the audio-visual industry. She’s assisted in growing two companies from startups to large corporations. As an active member of each company’s executive team, Trudy assisted in taking them through acquisition and continuing to provide support in a changing work environment. Because of this, she has hands-on experience with all aspects of the operations of a company, including managing their real estate portfolios, accounting, HR, and sales, and building strong teams and processes.
After taking a break from the stresses of working in the corporate public sector, Trudy found her way to Key Choice Commercial, where she’s thrilled to be working with Natalie and the rest of the wonderful team. She has found that her passion is working with smaller teams in the private sector.
At KCC, Trudy manages the individual financials for 36+ properties, which includes maintaining lease and triple net schedules for over 160 tenants. Additionally, she assists with the financials and management of three family trusts, as well as handling CRI and Annex Motel accounting, managing cash flow and payables, and filing monthly and quarterly taxes. She also manages the KCC office, accounting functions, payroll, quarterly taxes, and everything that goes along with running a property management company.
Outside of work, Trudy spends her time with her husband, Tim. They recently welcomed home a new fur baby, Ozzy the miniature dachshund puppy, who keeps them busy. Trudy enjoys gardening, entertaining, listening to all types of music, going to concerts, and traveling with friends. Being the youngest of seven children, she shares a close bond with many nephews and nieces and hosts a family gathering every month.

Shivani Sterling launched her commercial real estate career with Key Choice Commercial in 2019, where she initially focused on leasing for landlords and tenants. She has since broadened her scope to include purchase and sale transactions, reflecting her commitment to continued growth in the field. Currently pursuing her CCIM certification and sharpening her negotiation expertise, Shivani brings both strategic insight and hands-on experience to every client engagement.
She works closely with KCC’s property management team to analyze lease rates, verify NNN structures, and assess property values with accuracy and clarity. Her collaborative, detail-oriented approach makes her a valuable resource to clients navigating complex transactions.
Prior to entering real estate, Shivani served as director of an independent living facility and owned a business providing in-home senior care services. These roles gave her deep experience in client relations and operational leadership—skills that now inform her intuitive understanding of her clients’ business needs.
Shivani holds undergraduate degrees in biology and business from California State University and earned a Master of Science in Gerontology from the University of Southern California.
Outside of work, Shivani is a devoted mother of two, an avid reader, and an enthusiastic world traveler. She enjoys exploring new cultures with her family and values the insight that global perspectives bring to both life and work.

Greg Blumberg brings a wealth of knowledge, skill, and thoughtfulness to his role as a Property Manager at Key Choice Commercial. With 35 years of experience in both residential and commercial property management, Greg is a seasoned professional dedicated to maintaining high standards across all aspects of property operations. His background also includes two years as a broker and six years at the Chicago Board of Trade, giving him a strong foundation in finance and negotiation.
Outside of work, Greg enjoys spending time with his two daughters and his Aussiedoodle and relaxing on the golf course.

Andrea Engler has been involved in commercial real estate as an investor since 2010. In 2022, she joined Key Choice Commercial as a property manager. In 2025, Andrea moved into a consulting role and now assists the staff with special projects. She has participated in NNN Budgets, NNN Reconciliations, and data organization activities.
Andrea was a 1988 graduate of the University of Washington. After living on the Gulf Coast and then in the Midwest, she has been back in the Puget Sound area since 2022. In her free time, Andrea likes to read, garden, and spend time with friends and family.

Nina Tereshchenko joined the Key Choice Commercial team in 2023 as an administrative assistant for the accounting department, managing the data entry, reconciling the accounts, and learning the accounting software.
In her time with Key Choice, Nina has expanded her accounting services knowledge and capabilities. Currently, she oversees multiple systems as she assists KCC’s accountant and property managers.
When not at work, Nina enjoys spending time with family and friends, travelling, hiking and doing crafts.
